On Monday 2nd November I went on duty in Queen's

Road at 12 midday. Sergeant Cooper, P.S.74 and three Indian

Police constables were with me. I had a revolver and six

rounds of ammunition. The Indian Police constables each

had a carbine and 10 rounds of ammunition.- hall cartridge.
